Dine Around is a weekly group lunch or dinner for patients and their families to get acquainted with others who are undergoing treatment. Contact us to find out the time and location for the upcoming Dine Around.

This is a luncheon at the Center for patients who are one or two weeks into treatment. We start with a brief tour, followed by a luncheon where we will help you understand the various patient services available to you and your family. We will also invite Center employees from departments that you might not have had a chance to interact with, like our Physics and Dosimetry team, to share with you how they are involved in your treatment. It is also a great opportunity for you to meet other patients who are starting treatment at the Oklahoma Proton Center.

Every Wednesday we celebrate each patient’s treatment completion with a graduation ceremony. All patients and their families are invited to attend weekly. At your graduation, you will receive a challenge coin much like traditional military challenge coins dating back to WWI. It is engraved with a number that is unique to you. Your physicians and Care Team will be there whenever possible to celebrate your courage. You are welcome to invite your family and loved ones to celebrate with you at your graduation and you are welcome to speak a few words at the graduation if you would like.
